What We Do
People have different reasons for carrying stress. We do not teach people how to burn the candle at both ends, we cannot do that. We help people to manage the sources of stress AND the techniques of limiting the affect of stress on the self.
First, we ascertain where the stress is held, and which chakra causes it. This helps us to find the cognitive behavioural pattern, and the ways to counter it — and we know which meditation techniques will be best.
Understanding
Self-knowledge is power. The power to create one’s self-growth, one’s peace and equanimity.
Energy Healing
To first heal the chakra minds and the flow of energies through the subtle body is the best place to start healing the holistic person.
